Exchange & Returns

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee after the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange within this period, your product must be:

    1. Unworn.
    2. In the same condition as sold.
    3. You must have proof of purchase (Order # & Name).


    1. Contact us at to obtain an official Returns Form, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return

    Note: Do not return an order without a returns form, it can't be attributed to you.

    2. Once you have your Returns Form, please complete this and send your return to the address provided.

    3. Once received by our team, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card, Paypal or Afterpay account that was used for the original transaction. If you wish to exchange an item, we will organise this and dispatch your new item within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

    Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as we cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us. We do not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
